Bouquet: Typical of Cannonau grapes with important hints of ripe blackberry and small undergrowth fruits.

Taste: Savory, harmonious, fruity, rightly tannic.

Alcohol: 14% Vol.

Pairings: Suitable for first courses and stewed meats.

Serving temperature: 16 – 18°C.
